Previously working as a diary manager for NHS, Rob’s logistical skills are second to none. You will often here a “Rob when can we do a survey in…” being called across the office!

His background in customer service helps with communicating with customers and vendors in a friendly manner and working in a stressful environment. It is often quite tricky trying to get the homeowner to be in at the time we would like the surveyor to go!

Outside of the office, Rob loves watching movies and playing any kind of Video Game. One interesting fact is that he has an identical twin! One day in Epsom, Joe thought… why is Rob walking past the Post Office? It was only the long hair his brother was sporting which saved Rob a quizzing!
