Tyler Millard. Business Development Executive

As part of the Business Development Team, Tyler is responsible for helping customers decide which is the right level of survey for the property they are purchasing. He is a great listener, and loves to hear of any issues you have seen at the property you are buying. A true professional. 

He’s also a really approachable person, which means our referral estate agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers all look forward to sending him over an instruction, as he’s always got a story to make them laugh! A big personality and an even bigger heart. 

He will always help to find the quickest available slot if your survey is urgent, and has great rapport with the surveyors to try to get them to take on that extra urgent instruction. He will also let the surveyors know of any concerns you have about your new property purchase, he’s a great point of contact.

Outside of work, if Tyler isn’t playing football (4 times a week!) then he will be watching it! When the sun is shining and some R&R is required, Tyler is a keen fisherman, so you could say when he’s not landing a deal, he’s probably making the crowd squeal, or catching an eel!
