Arnold & Baldwin passes latest RICS audit
Every four years, chartered surveyors are audited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) which enforces the highest international standards in the valuation and assessment of property. It is estimated that 40% of surveyors do not pass this audit.
At Arnold & Baldwin, we recently had our latest audit, which analysed our reports, policies and procedures, and we are pleased to confirm that we passed with flying colours. In fact, such was the assessor’s confidence in our standards at Arnold & Baldwin and the steps we take to protect both consumers and RICS, that it was one of the fastest inspections they had ever undertaken.
I’d like to thank all of our team for their continued commitment to protecting homebuyers’ investments and commit to continuing to maintain our market leading attention to high standards and dedication to detail.
