Arnold & Baldwin launches CPD seminars for estate agents

Arnold & Baldwin has launched a series of CPD seminars to help estate agents establish greater knowledge and confidence when it comes the surveying process.

The Chartered Surveyor is delivering the seminars free of charge to educate estate agents about different types of survey and how to interpret them, local properties and their most common defects, how to properly prep buyers and how a well-managed survey leads to a successful deal.

Joe Arnold, Managing Director of Arnold & Baldwin, said:
