Arnold & Baldwin Launches CPD seminars for conveyances
Arnold & Baldwin has launched a series of CPD seminars to help conveyancers establish greater knowledge and confidence when it comes the surveying process.
The Chartered Surveyor is delivering the seminars free of charge to educate conveyancers about different types of survey and how to interpret them, local properties and their most common defects, how to properly prep clients and how a well-managed survey leads to a successful deal.
Joe Arnold, Managing Director of Arnold & Baldwin, said:
“Conveyancers are working in a competitive and slow-moving market and so it is important they can demonstrate the value they add against traditional competitors and online services. By increasing their knowledge and confidence, conveyancers can build trust through credibility and develop stronger relationships with their clients.
“The survey is such a crucial part of the homebuying process and our CPD seminar will provide conveyancers with some of the information they need to hold a deal together and ultimately get it over the line. If we can help conveyancers build their knowledge and develop a mindset of adding extra value to clients, they will win the trust of the purchasers of today, who will become the vendors of tomorrow, and this could help protect their business pipeline for years to come.”
Arnold & Baldwin has already delivered similar seminars to estate agents from branches of Foxtons in South London, which have been well-received.
Simon Darvill from Foxtons says:
“The presentation we received from Arnold & Baldwin was extremely helpful for everyone in my team, ranging in experience from a relatively new starter, up to the sales manager. It was well thought out and helped explain a number of issues that come up on a day-to-day basis when dealing with buyers who are getting every variety of surveys.”
Ashley Whitehouse from Foxtons says:
“A really informative presentation that gives a great understanding into the life of a surveyor.”
