Divorce Settlement Valuations

At the time of a divorce, matters can become extremely contentious. We understand this and are experienced in providing unbiased valuations instructed by either one party alone or by both parties jointly. If the dispute continues to Court Proceedings we can provide Expert Witness testimony and reports to the Court.

Insurance Reinstatement Valuations

It is vitally important to both commercial and residential clients that insurance valuations are undertaken regularly to ensure, in the event of a claim on buildings insurance, they are neither under nor over-insured.

Portfolio Valuations

Many of our clients hold property portfolios, either of a solely residential or mixed residential and commercial nature. We can be retained to carry out regular revaluations or we can undertake one off valuations for tax and other purposes.

Probate Valuations

When an individual dies, it can be a difficult time for relatives and friends. Arnold & Baldwin are experienced in providing both executors and solicitors with property valuations for the deceased's real estate assets, including investment properties as well as the family home. We are always careful to do this in a sympathetic and compassionate manner.
