After a long career in the construction industry, Rod changed direction completing the Diploma in Surveying Practice with the College of Estate Management which, along with his construction industry experience, allowed him to become a Technical member of the RICS, specialising in building inspection and valuation. He is a licensed Home Inspector, Domestic and Commercial Energy Assessor and a qualified Asbestos Inspector. He is married and lives in Sanderstead with his Snow White and two dwarves (but please don't tell them).
