Richard is a local expert in the residential property market, and his knowledge of the area is second to none. His professional career started with DTZ, where he worked as a sales negotiator, gaining experience in residential sales, valuations and also residential development appraisals. His time at DTZ founded his keen enthusiasm for the property industry and became the catalyst to successfully completing his Masters degree in International Real Estate. After completing his Masters, Richard worked for a number of years reporting on information required by solicitors for the conveyancing of residential properties, and expanded his skills to include commercial property surveying.
