Arnold & Baldwin is the brainchild of directors Joe Arnold and Jobie Baldwin. The story goes that back in the summer of 2007 the two friends were on a red London bus, heading up Park Lane and discussing the likely downturn in the property market.

"I have a dream..."said Jobie. "Ditto", said Joe. "Let’s start our own business!" they said together, and so Arnold & Baldwin was born.

"The idea was for us to make use of the acumen we had acquired in the corporate world and apply that to the more friendly and customer-focused approach of the local market. We wanted to provide a professional, yet personal service to our clients." says Jobie.

The plan was to start small; grow slowly. However, Arnold & Baldwin have gone from being the new kids on the block to establishing a strong position amongst their competitors. As Joe explains, "We are delighted to be able to offer a full range of commercial and residential property services to our clients in Croydon, South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex."
